We love making practical beauty from natural items, and we especially delight in helping others discover the joy of reconnecting to the wild natural world and all of her many gifts.

Our favorite of Nature's gifts is the abundant healing plants we can grow, gather, and partner with for healing.

There has never been a better time to learn about the most important plants and preparations to stock in a home apothecary and how to use them -- and so much more.

We have just opened enrollment for the 2027 session of our 10-month herbalism program (our 12th year!). It is comprehensive and accessible, it includes a monthly package of herbal goodies (including herbs, seeds, and most of the supplies you need),  and you can do it from anywhere. Check it out here, and consider joining us for this transformative journey unlike any other.

We encourage you to take time this month to walk in the fresh fall air and relish the changing light and landscape. The autumn is fleeting, and we want to savor the season.

May your October be filled with Wonder and Peace.

We look forward to seeing you soon!

Gatherings from the Good Earth Book

We love when people tell us (often!) how much they enjoy reading each chapter of the Gatherings from the Good Earth book during the first days of every month.

Each year the chapters ring true in different ways, since we are at different places in our life journeys.

Do you have your copy? It makes a wonderful gift for anyone who enjoys reading and wants to connect more deeply to their own journey and the natural world.

Pick up your signed copies at the shop (or we can ship if you're at a distance - here's the LINK).
