February Blessings! 💘🌹❄️💕☕🫖💐❤️

The lingering snow has finally faded, and each day we are a little closer to spring. We are at the midway point now between winter and spring, and the roots are quickening in the dark below the surface, preparing for the growing season to come.

The opposums discovered the sunflower seed in the birdfeeders, and the other night we counted four of them raising a ruckus, twirling around on the birdfeeders like they were carnival rides. We love our little marsupial friends -- they are cute, and they are said to eat ticks. Any tick-eating critters are welcome here!

We have been searching out new items for the shop, and we are excited to be carrying new soaps, beeswax candles, embroidered hats, spice grinders and spice lids, US-wildcrafted dried Reishi mushrooms, and MORE!

It is time to read the February chapter in your Gatherings from the Good Earth book. You will especially love the essay on the hearts collection.

It is wonderful to think about hearts in February -- and all year 'round. This month we are highlighting two of our "heart" teas... Love Tea and Hug for the Heart tea. Both are delicious and heart-happy teas that are wonderful to enjoy with a friend.
