The frosty nip of November mornings reminds us that winter is coming. October's luminous gold and carnelian shades are giving way to more muted colors, and the change in the light signals our bodies to go to sleep earlier as the days grow shorter.

This season beckons us both to seek out and reconnect with family and friends, and to make time to be alone, to draw inward, to grieve and reflect in this natural cycle of release and preparation.

The shop is decorated for the season, and we carry items you will want in your home apothecary to prepare for winter wellness: locally-made Fire Cider and Elderberry Syrup (or an Elderberry syrup kit to make your own), Herbal Steam for respiratory support, Feel Better tea (for under-the-weather days), and much more.

Our HERBS are the stars of the show at the shop. We are very particular about our sourcing, and this GORGEOUS Calendula is a great example of why. Dried herbs should look VIBRANT!! Calendula is the "Sunshine Flower," and it is renowned for its skin-healing properties. Beautiful Calendula can be used externally (it is part of our Healing Salve) and internally -- toss into any dish, or sprinkle as a lovely top garnish.
